Place needs a good sanitation.

The gym needs work! always dusty, out of wiped, machines are never cleaned. bikes always broken or stuck. i had to fix myself. there is typically dog poop on sidewalks. stairs afe full of dog hair. the inner portions of apartment needs work as well. thr cabinet paper cover and westing off and flipping up from bad tape job. but rent keeps increasing. just needs a eevamp and deel cleaning. patking lot never gets cleaned. eye lashed been stuck on concrete for months.

Management can be improved

I've lived at Arthouse for about 1.5 years. After the change in management to Thrive Communities, the quality of service has gone down. The staff is unresponsive to my emails and I have to follow up each time.

New to Arthouse

I have lived at Arthouse for a month. The studio apartment is modern, was clean when I moved in, and beautifully designed. Open space and a sliding glass door that leads out to a patio. The staff that I have interacted with are friendly, helpful and attentive to repairs and requests. The rooftop patio and sky lounge have views of the Puget Sound and Seattle skyline. The outside spaces are landscaped with plants and flowers that are well maintained. There is noise on the weekends, so if you are sensitive to that, better to select a unit the faces away from Western Ave. I love the location, the art in the hallways, and the tenants are friendly.

Recent management experience

Recent management has altered my views about this building. I have lived in Arthouse from last year and had real nice maintaince experience with previous staff. But new management isnt doing good job at keeping residents happy.

Review of arthouse

Its a cool place to live, however can use some upkeep. the workout space barely gwts vaccumed, dog hair seems to go here to nap. The common spaces also need janitor on weekends! no reason dog urine should be on floor for days, considering price we pay. the Management changes yearly… thats not fun either! as i wait over a week to get update on maintenance request.
