Easy to access the city, apartments have newer appliances and the management is very responsive. Haven't used the parking, amenities, or maintenance.

The building is in a great location and is relatively well maintained. The staff is helpful & maintenance requests are usually dealt with right away. But, over the past 5 years that I've lived here, there are fewer amenities, e.g. dogs are no longer allowed on the rooftop & recycling is no longer taken from the trash chute rooms on each floor into the basement trash room.

The location is close to the Pike & Pine corridor, but not on it, which means it's slightly quieter even though it's in a busy neighborhood. The staff is kind & accommodating. The neighbors are all very friendly.
