My wife and i lived here for 3 years. Initially it was a wonderful apartment in a great location. Avenue5 took over at some point during our stay and unfortunately the property became less maintained. We lived on the ground floor and i regularly picked up the garbarage that accumulated outside our patio in addition to dog poop. However, that pales in comparison to my complaint about management. Avenue5 engages in predatory behavior. We had an in person meeting at the leasing office in May giving our notice that we were moving out in June. The apartment/patio has been vacant since mid-June which they can see because we are next to the leasing office (they would regularly text us and tell us that our patio had violations such as hanging lights). Three weeks after we moved we received a text that we owe July rent in additon to a late fee. The lease does say that written notice to vacate is required, but we met with them in person and they waited until we owed a month of rent AND a late fee to let us know that our meeting was not sufficient notice. Be warned that the management practices here are malicious. Keep receipts and make sure all correspondence is written. We didnt do that and we paid the price

This property is in a beautiful, safe location. The gate elevated the feeling of safety upon moving in, however it has not worked the majority of the time I’ve lived here. Recently, the property has not been kept up well and has really lossed some class. Management is not resident focused and lacks communication.

I have loved living at Badger Mountain Ranch. It is a beautiful and relaxing place to come home to. The grounds are kept up beautifully and theres so many amenities. I don't want to live anywhere else!

This is a great place to live! These apartments are located in a great neighborhood. The office staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Theres not a bad thing to be said about Badger Mountain Ranch!
