Skyline Redmond is an affordable place to live. I am pleased with my apartment and I feel safe here. It is a great family environment.

This is a great place to live for every stage in life. There are a lot of families with school aged kids and I feel safe. The office staff is top notch and they are responsive, friendly and available.

Prospective tenants, be warned. While the location is okay, my experience with management has been frustrating. Agents can be unsupportive. Families with elementary-aged children should note: school bus service is NOT available. You will be solely responsible for your child's daily school drop-off and pick-up. A major issue: double insurance charges. After a single email request to update my existing renter's insurance, they enrolled me in their own policy and billed me without any follow-up communication or letter. Being charged twice due to a missed email and no further contact is unacceptable and shows poor communication practices. If you move here, be extremely vigilant with emails and prepared for potentially unsupportive management. The lack of clear communication and the double billing, and the absence of elementary school bus service are significant concerns. Proceed with caution.

It is quite, safe and nice apartment complex. Community amenities like Gym, Swimming Pool are well maintained and the management is highly responsive & friendly to communicate. Community location is not a bit prime, but great for someone who doesn't like hustle bustle around the community. Overall having a decent stay and feel the place like home.
