we really like this place. attentive workers and good location. There are exits to trail. All issues with requests to the office are resolved. This is one of the rare complexes where there is a working office and this is one of the important points in choosing an apartment. There are some shortcomings that can be eliminated: the heating and ventilation system requires updating. There are also points that cannot be corrected and they relate only to location. the main one is the adjacent location of the complex with a multi-storey open parking lot from which comes the noise of car alarms and from garbage collection vehicles..

So far it's been good. Our move-in was uneventful. The unit was nice and clean and freshly painted. Parking hasn't been an issue and we are able to park close to our unit each day. I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is - I've hardly heard my neighbors.
