I've lived at LionsGate North for more than a decade, and it's been okay overall. The apartments are fairly spacious with good natural light and functional layouts, and the location is convenient — close to Downtown and some shopping like Trader Joe's, which makes errands easy. The grounds are kept clean, and it's generally quiet and safe. That said, maintenance can be hit or miss; sometimes requests get handled quickly, but other times it takes a few days longer than expected. Amenities like the pool and gym are alright but could use some updates. Management is responsive enough, though communication isn't always proactive. It's a solid choice if you're looking for something closed to Redmond Downtown, but not the very best out there.
