I'm the original tenant and have had a few issues, but they have been taken care of. I like our new maintenance person he has been very helpful with my issues. I just wish the smoking tenants would smoke further away from the building as I smell smoke coming in around my door and it has been making me ill. Also that parents would make sure the kids keep the areas cleaner and keep their toys under the stairs better.

I have been living here for about 4 years come this October. The place is great to live, the price is nice but the only issue i really have is the parking, we need assigned parking and have someone to really check on the cars that park on the property more often.

I have enjoyed living here for 3 years now. I think this place has a great location, great staff. I think if i had to have any issues this place it would be just a few things. First off, Parking, the place really need to roll out assigned parking before its too late or gets out of hand. Second, some tenants i have seen like to break the rules and management needs to be more aggressive with that such as Smoking on property, leaving bags of garage all around the compactor which makes the staff have to work harder to clean it all up. Other than that, for what we pay for rent, they really need to fix these issues before the good tenants all up and leave.
