I have been living here for 5 years now. Of course, nothing is perfect but the staff makes a difference. Whenever I needed help one or another member of the staff helped me with a smile and kindness. The place is kept very clean and nice for us residents Any suggestion or complaint is taken care of on the spot and resolved as fast as possible. Thank you-each and every one of you for all your work and kindness.

I've only been a resident for 1 month. So far so good. I enjoy the spacious floorplan and having a balcony is a definite plus. The gym is great and I utilize this everyday. Residents I've come across in the short time I've been here are delightful and friendly. The only slight drawback is the pool and hot tub maintenance with the algae on the side walls.

I have lived at the Reserve for almost 10 months. The Reserve is a friendly and supportive community, and provides many social activities and events throughout the year. The amenities are fantastic and include a state of the art exercise facility, an indoor salt-water pool and spa, a fantastic courtyard with seasonal outdoor grills, fire pits, and plenty of seating. The community/lounge area is huge and includes a kitchen, tables and chairs for card games and puzzles, two large screen TVs, and there is also a game room with a pool table. There is a locker room for the delivery of packages. My unit is very cozy and includes a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard and counter space. A full-size front-load washer and dryer are also included. The community is very quiet, and there is a lake nearby for nature walks. I highly recommend The Reserve at Lynnwood if you want to live in a quiet, modern community with amenities galore.
