Staff

I have been a tenant at City Center at Lynnwood over a year now and happy to stay. I believe the property is run by an excellent staff members who are courteous, caring, knowledgeable and respond promptly to my requests. Postal service has not been interrupted, amenities are closed for our own safety. The building is adequately clean, so far I have not heard Covid 19 issue, however time will tell. At times I see tenants entering the elevators without masks, the notice that is posted inside are not observed. I recommend a reminder about the danger of complacency due to the proximity inside the elevators be addressed on your " City Center Corner" or distributing a page of professional advise suggesting how to deal the fatigue syndrome. We are worth it. Thank you.

My experience with City Center apts

The staff here is excellent. I have no complaints with any of them including maintenance at all. Parking and noise are only disadvantages living here but I knew that before signing lease. If you are respectful and nice to staff and your neighbor's then there are no problems living here. I recommend it all the time.

Decent

Overall, it's a decent building. The staff are really nice and for the most part, helpful. They have events on a monthly basis and the amenities are really great. The apartments are nice, new and have nice features. Wish there was a tad more closet space for things like towels and linens. There are smoking (pot and cigarette) issues in the building and people tend to be a bit careless with staining the hall carpets compared to more costly buildings that are similar in features/quality. Plus people let their dogs poop in the courtyard flowerbeds. There are rules against all of these things (not the staining of hall carpets) but sometimes, people are just jerks or lazy. Management does their best to take care of these issues but residents have to care too (and stop being selfish). Outside smokers usually stay 25 feet from doorways but there are apartments and windows right where they are smoking. I feel for those residents. Their apartments must smell like smoke all day long. Parking is terrible. Spots are small (which is awful if you have a bigger vehicle like a truck or minivan or park next to one) and there is only a handful of visitor spots. One car per unit only and $100 a month. Closest alternative parking is blocks away. Storage units are available for a fee. Some great views in certain apartments. Lots of street noise on two sides - east and north. With windows closed, it's not too bad. But in the summer, it's loud, especially on the east side facing the highway due to the on-ramp. There is an evening security service available. Decent location near transit, restaurants, mall, shops. Overall, it's a nice building, nice apartments, some neighbors are jerks, some are great, staff is friendly and helpful, parking is mediocre, location is decent and full of urban life.
