1 year long. It's nice. Have some security issues. But, the management is taking care of it I hope.

Concerns

There is a lack of staff in the office most days. The carpets in the elevator need to be changed. Carpets in the hallway need to be cleaned more frequently. The rent was raised by 200, and if it rises again, we will move. I've lived here for three years, and the building is starting to show its age. Just a few concerns from a resident.
