Gym equipment is not always wiped down Parking is sparse if you have guests over The staff is nice The units are pretty small

Rent is high but about average for the area, parking is bad unless you pay $100 for a parking permit even then Ive heard issues about problems in the parking garage, people dont always clean up after their pets even with management insisting that the do (may require a penalty system to improve) and the cleaning of common spaces, hallways, stairwells, carpets etc. could be better. The staff is good. All in all it could be better but it could also be worse.

Parking is not good has of the time it does not work. (the key fog). Management never is there no one answers the calls and when I go down at a random time its like their not there.
