If you have a car, don't bother.

I spend every night after work staying awake until 6 am just so i can get get a parking spot. They will tow you for following there rules, they will not tow any of the vehicles taking up every space and every inch of the fire lane without a parking sticker. Then the staff will get upset at you for pointing it out.

Expensive

Living here almost 2 years. Rent is really expensive plus having to pay monthly pet rent on top of w/s/g. The noise has been fine for the most part. Newest neighbor blasts his music until 3am a few times a week. Building seems to have a ventilation and plumbing problem, always seems have an issue. Parking, tight fit for the larger vehicles. Not enough visitor parking- people will park in your 1 assigned spot or in no parking zones such as loading zone, fire lane or blocking the entrance/exit.

Pros: The maintenance guys are very quick and do a good job The apartment had nice finishings and is fairly quiet given the airplanes Provided parking spot is very nice Cons: Trash frequently littered around property by other tenants Kids playing in parking lot can at times be dangerous
