The Apartments

It's okay living here! Everyone is pretty quiet! Occasionally there is noise! I don't like the guy who installs carpet in our building. He parks his van in people's spot while he works on the carpet. I had an episode last week!

It's fine

The apartment is fine. its made to look nice, but the construction is just ok. There's trim missing in spots, the sockets are all loose, the plumbing under the sink isn't glued together, its just screw together fittings so its fragile and prone to leaking, etc. Maintenance isn't slow, but it's not fast and sometimes the solution has been "oh it just does that, don't worry about a small leak". You get one parking spot and no guest parking at all. The volume of space is really nice, but the layout makes it hard to fully optimize the space. I may or may not renew my rent. There's new management that seems like they're gonna get things in order, but it also sounds like they're trying to increase pricing like making you pay for your single, uncovered parking spot.
