Nice apartment , garbage truck at 5 am Are noisy and wake you up if you on that side of the building. Extremely expensive, but what isnt in Seattle, then you add in your electric,garbage, all the admin fees, sewer and water fees and internet. parking is nice inside the building and an additional fee. The office staff is amazing and very helpfull.

Wake up to loud garbage trucks every couple days at 5 to 6 am and so much construction on the road outside (unavoidable I know. ) Difficulty getting in and out of garage during the lengthy construction period. But love the apartment. Expensive but everything is these days.

I must say it is hard to find a good place to live in Burien, but the team at the Maverick made my search so much easier. From the moment we moved in with my roommate, I have had such a pleasant experience. The team has been consistent and always full of smiles. They jump to greet you and provide a warm, inviting environment every time you're around. Maintenance is on top of the cleanliness of the building every day. I've never walked into the common areas without smelling fresh cleaning supplies or the comforting scent of vanilla. My favorite! You can tell that Chris, Mac and Menci all take pride in their work. Based on the way that I received my apartment this fact is undeniable. It's not uncommon to see the team chatting up residents like good friends. That's what you look for when you want to call a place home. I strongly recommend that you invest in your lifestyle by renting at the Maverick. Everyone deserves a treat!
