I’d love it if someone would come fix my washing machine

For the most part I really do enjoy living here. It’s affordable and the location is convenient but our fridge was broken all summer and our washing mashing has been broken since early July. I’ve made multiple requests and no one answers or picks up or is even in the office, it’s impossible to reach anyone so I just gave up. As of today, it will have been 5 months now that I’m paying $100 a month for “utilities” that don’t work. The fridge only started getting cold when the weather outside got cold so I wasn’t even able to store food properly for quite sometime. Parking gets really tight after hours and all the reserved stalls are occupied. I do like that my building requires a passcode for entrance and I have a fenced in backyard. It’s also close to the freeway and light rail and our neighbors are quiet and respectful. We are dog friendly here but residents are not enforced to clean up after their pets so I’ve had to clean up after someone else’s dog because they pooped right by my bedroom window on multiple occasions. If someone would just get back to me about fixing the utilities that I pay $100 a month for that I can’t use, I would be 90% content living here (the tight parking and dog poop issue by my bedroom window would account for the remaining 10%)

Raising rent because of "improvements"

Got a letter saying our tent will be going up $230 more a month and that they're excited about the changes and all the improvements. What improvements? Pool has been closed for two years, takes months for any maintenance guy to come by. Or don't at all. The only improvements that will happen are in their pockets. If management is seeing this, please - give me a good justification for raising rent. Inflation? Sure, cause it only affects YOU? The property switched management companies multiple times and seems it just gets worse, not better.
