Nice place but could use some cleaning
Overall not a bad place to live. Can be noisey especially on weekends. Parking is bad since its on a hill and also very tight. My encounters with maintainence have been positive although some things could use attention. There are empty or near empty pain cans and junk from the property employees stored behind the dumpster area in the woods. These have been there for over a year. The shrubs in the fire lane area are also filled with trash from the landscapers blowing it in there.
Not the worst, not the best
The apartments were built in the 90’s, so they could use some work on the exterior. Parking is a nightmare! Property is on a hill so better have a good parking brake or its gonna play havoc on your transmission. Theres no assigned parking, spacers also not marked so you will have to deal with the other apartments across the lot taking spots on this property. Ive parked in the fire lane before which is not acceptable for a paying tenant to have to do. Winter is the worst as the hill freezes to solid ice. Ive fallen hard before trying to get to my car and ive gone a week without mail or Amazon because the refuse to risk delivery. They did not make any effort to help this past winter such as salt or that. The new owners took over around a year ago and there hasnt been anything done to the property except the rent went up. Currently a one bedroom here is more expensive than a 2 bedroom with covered parking just two complexes over. People don’t stay here long, ive seen 7 tenants and counting move out in less than 2 years. There are only 10 apartments. The reason for leaving is always because of the parking and price compared to others nearby even on this same street.
Quiet, Peaceful, Local
It's a nice peaceful place to live! Maintenance needs some work to do. For example, our door has been maintenanced twice for the small gap to seal the outside but continues to break. Probably needs a new door. And the shower (the handle to turn on the water) only gets hot/warm water. But nothing too serious. Overall, it's a very nice place to live and close to work!
