Only thing I have bad to say would be parking for guests could be MUCH better. Other then that I love everything! :)

Just started living here no issues except we have one parking space for a 2 bedroom but they do have a lot for over flow just a little bit far and we will see how long until we get a car port so pretty good aparrments

Ive only recently moved in but i have friends recconmendinf this place left and right. Staff is amazing. The rooms are very nice, lots of room. My only downside, which might only be in my apartment is that the water doesnt get too hot.

I can't say enough about Renwood. It is superbly managed - the maintenance team is always timely and responsive - the property is clean and safe - and it is so quiet! I've lived here for 18 months now after moving from Federal Way and I would absolutely recommend it!
