The Best Place I've Lived in WA yet!
I can't say enough about Renwood. It is superbly managed - the maintenance team is always timely and responsive - the property is clean and safe - and it is so quiet! I've lived here for 18 months now after moving from Federal Way and I would absolutely recommend it!

I have lived here for less than a year but absolutely love this place. It feels like home. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with any needs or questions!
Not a great place to live ??
Not a “luxury” apartment complex, not “extra storage,” cheap appliances that break often, old cheap carpeting, cheap window coverings that often fall apart (maintenance tells residents that Tarragon buys everything on the cheap so they’re constantly having to do repairs, and then the repairs are billed to the tenants), not a lot of things advertised (false advertising for sure), very poorly managed, have been repeatedly lied to by management. Cheap formica countertops, cabinets that have been covered on the exterior with adhesive shelf liner ???????, cheap linoleum floors in bath & kitchen, the cheapest carpet available on the market - we’ve owbed rentals, and for Tarragon to advertise Renwood as “luxury” and then charge more than what 4 bedroom hones are renting for in the area, is predatory. We moved here sight-unseen (mistake), were threatened after we’d put down the deposit with our apartment to be given to someone else if we didnt sign the walk thru before we arrived to Washington State (thats illegal), and told we’d have new carpet upon attival (it is the original carpet, 10 years old, per maintenance). Only reason we are still at Renwood is because we havent found a house to buy yet and moving yet again would be expensive.
