Overpriced for what it is.
This apartment complex will add on a bunch of added fees every month on utilities. The trash bins on site are always overflowing with trash. Staff is very late to things/ losses things we've submitted. And there is absolutely zero storage space in these apartments. Not only that, the pool was closed down for like 2 months out of the summer because the phone wasn't connected? The gym also doesn't have a mirror which makes lifting/ getting your form correct impossible. The dogs are always barking here and you can hear them so well because everything echos. We have a gate for parking/ but it's never closed/ it's never used.
