It Depends

The recent outside painting has made this property much more attractive. Although am relatively new the space and layout are terrific. However, my carpet is ancient and cannot really be cleaned and I was promised new prior to moving in. Most of my appliances are also ancient and well below standard. I do love the location and the layout of the rooms is A+. Having a wood burning fireplace also A+ as well From what I can find out there does not seem to be a plan to modernize the units. Such a plan is years over due.

Construction life not for the faint of heart

The construction goes on…. And on…. The workers sre kind and accomodate where they can, but being shrink wrapped into uour apartment in the warm heat and not being able to use the patio or storage, is a drag
