When we moved in, we were told we would be getting new kitchen cabinets and new appliances. This has not happened yet. We have been here for 3 years in June. Other than that, we love it here. The grounds, the neighbors, and the staff are wonderful, and we plan to stay unless, of course, the rent gets out of hand.

I live in a ground floor unit and just love sitting out on the patio I also love the location of the apartments. BUt I do not love the old appliances in the kitchen

close to town and family. issues immediately at move in appliances not replaced. paint poorly done. strong odor. took awhile but appliances have been taken care of. constant issues with over billing until this month

Jon has vern terrific. Only person ever here but he is not able to get the help he needs yo take care kf backlog. Am hoping new on site mgrs will make difference
