It's a pretty decent place to live.
Maintenance is typically quick. The landlady is nice and yakes the time to listen to iasues if there any and is quick to resolve anything.

Great place to live
I have been here for 18 months. Great downtown location. Close to restaurants, river walk, parks, and highways. Staff is responsive when needs arise. Love the charm of the old building.
