Real people, not robots work here!

This is a great place to live for people of all ages. My daughter and I live here and utilize all of the local perks like the capital Trail, being biking distance from Browns Island and all of the parks that are within walking distance. The building is very quiet, you don't hear your neighbors andstaff is always reachable, unlike most of the rental companies in Richmond that use automated replies.

Great starter apartment

Apartment is older, but it has a certain charm. Staff is wonderfull and very helpful. The manager responds very quickly to emails and keeps residents well informed about changes around the complex. All inclusive rent is getting harder to come by in the city, definately check this place out!

The best managed and maintained property

I have going on my 3rd year. The Property Management and Maintenance staff are excellent, professional and the best I have seen ever at being prompt, efficient, and skillful. It is not the apartment itself does not appeal to me since my window does not open which not only makes it feel like a jail cell and it is a fire hazard. The staff, the affordability, and location. Your Parking was excellent until you placed that big dumpster covering 4 great parking spaces. I would like to see it removed. Your staff is the best and that makes it for me.
