I've been living here for a while and overall it's been a good experience. The apartment is comfortable and well-maintained, and the location works great for me. Management is generally responsive, and any maintenance issues have been handled fairly quickly. Makes sure you ask a lot of questions and get things in writing. It's not perfect, but I’m happy here and would recommend it to others looking for a solid place to live.

I lived at Fording Flats for 3 years and I walk away properly satisfied. The magnificent location and the afforded modern and well-maintained amenities speak for themselves. Therefore, let me focus on the two individuals who made all the difference for Krystyne, property manager, and Jamal, support engineer. These two esteemed individuals underscore and epitomizes what it means to be a professional. Krystyne prides herself in always being accessible, clear, empathetic and above all, solutions oriented. You cannot ask for a better property manager. When it comes to Jamal, let me exercise brevity by stating that he always manages to get things done and he owns tasks and see them through to their completion—with follow ups, where applicable. Of the staff individuals, Jamal’s face is the first that you see in the mornings and he always greet us tenants with a good morning, et al. Jamal makes break-fix resolutions seem easy and MTTR (mean time to repair) times are always lightning fast—be is never bothered. Thank you both for that which you have afforded me and my family. Krystyne and Jamal--et al--thank you godspeed. Aspirant residents, The Fording Flats is a must!

Staff is simply outstanding!!! Some residents don’t clean up after themselves…pets nor trash-my only bad experience. Other than dealing with residents who just “dont care”, we love our residency at Fording Flats!
