Modern 1BR-1Bath close to Mainstreet Station

Newly built apartment complex with scenic rooftop overlooking city line and James River. Monthly rent covers utilities (water, electricity, wifi) as well as any maintenance concerns ( broken dishwasher/fridge? no problem. clogged drain? next day inspection). All units also get one free parking pass for the basement lot or flood wall parking but this is a first come first serve basis. An additional indoor and numbered parking spot is available for $100/month. Short walk to Shockoe Bottom square with fun bars/restaurants, as well as the Main Street Station, GRTC Pulse bus station or VCU Parking Lot A shuttle that makes it convenient for VCU students
