Love it here!

I've lived in the complex over a year now, and love it. I love the close access to 288, which allows you to avoid traffic on Broad St. I love being able to walk to Wegman's or to grab a drink at Wood & Iron. The complex is very quiet. People are polite and tend to stick to themselves. Maintenance requests are completed very promptly and efficiently! Highly recommend.

Avia is great but there are a few things that need change

We have lived here for 2 years. Avia is a great apartment complex, but there is room for improvements. The strict guest count rules at the pool is frustrating, maintenance drives around recklessly on their golf carts, and the mail room is a constant issue. Overall, these are minimal issues. One of the biggest pros of the complex is the leasing office staff, they are amazing! But I think it is important to voice these issues as this is listed as a luxury apartment complex.
