I enjoy living at Wilde Lake apartments, I especially appreciate the maintenance staff who does a wonderful job. More handicapped parking would be appreciated.

The staff is always attentive to the tenants needs. Landscaping maintenance has improved 100%. The culture has changed with the new staff for a more friendly and caring community. Thank you.

I've lived here for two years. The staff are great and helpful! The apartments are nice and it's a beautiful setting.

This is the worst apartment complex in Richmond. They enter your apartment without notice, and without leaving any indication of entering. The staff members are rude and cras. We miss the old management company
