This place is clean and in an amazing location. There are some issues with noise between apartments and from outside, but nothing out of ordinary for apartments.
My review for the Flats
I love my apartment location and i have a terrace a plus . I cant wait for the amenites to open right now all they have is the gym and the common room which is nice , we are having a few events in May one is for the golf room . I just need them to be available after work and the weekends which will be fun lets see ill update my review . I love living here with my cat im going on 65 and feel safe i love having the garage . The amenides is my reason to move from a house to an apartment i really hope the Flats lives up ti my expectations . Maintance is great answers your call right away . Office personal are nice
