Deposit took
Upon move out I was informed that they legally have 45 days to give me an itemized invoice of damages or a refund. I called, emailed and stopped by multiple times in regard's too any debts owed but was constantly told that they have 45 days. On the 60th day I reached out to corporate and Baileys ridge office staff about any updates on my move out. I was informed that they were aware that I reached out to corporate and that something was sent to me on January 11,2024 in which I doubt because I would have received it by now. I was told prior that I would receive an email by day 45 that I did not receive until the 60th day. I was also informed that I was now being charged for drywall and paint after living in the unit for 5yrs. There were no holes other than small holes from pictures and curtain's which is regular wear and tear that I patched before move out and deep scuff marks from when they put in a new stove (I have pictures). The rental portal showed a refund amount due of $675.25 but I was told $94 after I contacted them on the 60th day about it. The office staff is really nice but I do not agree with how they handled my move out process. I thought my unit was left in decent condition considering I had 5 people living in a 2 bedroom!!!!!
