Ticks all the Boxes so far

I don't know about the amenities just yet. The pool hasn't opened yet and I have not visited the fitness center. Otherwise, the grounds are well maintained, for the most part. the office staff are fantastic (kudos especially to Cierra and Sharon). I have had the usual move-in maintenance issues and the crew, James and Jacob, were on the case within the week. As we have been here only a week, I am hoping the enthusiasm demonstrated to "new residents" carries over as time goes by
