I have lived here for 12 years and I really enjoy the building I am in. Its very quiet and the tenants are friendly. We do no have a big turnover and the building is clean, if it needs to be cleaned maintenance gets right on it. Parking is not problem for me . I also have a garage with private parking in front of it if the parking is filled in front of the building. They have towing for unauthorized vehicles and the gated area gives an extra privacy and protection to the tenants. The amenities are excellent , lighted pool, jacuzzi, visitor center area( w/kitchen area equipped with microwave, stoves top , oven, refrigerators, pool table, modern fireplace and TV's around the room) , a full service gym and business center, state of the art BBQ area with grills and a bar area. Setting areas on the outside and around the pool area. Pet friendly, equipped with a gated doggy park. The complex is fully lighted and they have special functions for the tenants to attend. Very nice luxury apartment homes.

I have lived here going on 11 years total. I have great neighbors and it's a nice community. In the past 2 -3 years there has been a management change that is not conducive to the kind of population that lives here. We are a community with professionals, retired people and active and retired military. The management has not been the best, they are not customer service oriented. We were not given any free activities and fun celebrations. They Even brought vendors on the property to have us pay for our food. It was false advertising and it made us think it was for us but it was for the vendor but we are paying for the upkeep and their salary, we received nothing in return but bad customer service and rude remarks when we expressed concerns. When we reached out to the manager she was never there, always off. I am a good paying tenant and those of us who are were treated disrespectfully. There was never any holiday celebration, no holiday decoration in the office of the quality that Acqua standard and the employees were not of high standards. One even brought her young child to the office on weekends and they were never there when you went to the office, going to lunch when they wanted to and not having consistent weekend hours. Sometimes a closed sign would be there and someone was in the office. Never return your emails or phone calls. Not professional at all. Many tenants were not happy. I stopped going to the office, only went to pay my rent and nothing more. They did not make you feel welcome or warm when entering the office. I hope it will be like it used to be with good staff, a mature staff who cares, gives the tenants activates, holiday celebrations, giving the office a nice environment for ALL tenants to want to come to visit. They even locked the tenants out of the office and said they were only open for appointments. That's against the tenants contract we are supposed to have access to the center per out contract we are paying for that.
