Not the Best

I've been living here for almost a year and it's been good, until i had maintenance issues, my toilet hasnt been fixed for more than a month. And they office people aren't so understanding and don't call back when they say they will. kind of a disappointment... hopefully it gets better

Pros/Cons

Staff are patient and provide excellent customs and courtesy. They try to provide the best information for the concerns of the tenants. They are prompt and usually available when you need them. Work orders that go outside the property take too long to address. Contractors are afforded too much time to string the tenants along without resolution. Unacceptable. Parking should not be and added expense to tenants. Your guests should be allowed to park for free as well. To prevent surrounding communities from using the lot consider gating the lot instead of adding a fee. Grounds maintenance for stairwells and shrubbery needs attention and consistent upkeep.

Review

The leasing staff is amazing. We love the area of location and how quiet the neighborhood is. We aren't too satisfied with the maintenance turn around. It seems they take their time getting things fixed without any communication as to why or consideration to it needing to be fixed !
