In my opinion, the owner is a slumlord. Instead of continuing to rent units that have maintenance issues, the owner should be required to stop renting until all units are liveable.

I dont have the experience, but i think they are finally trying now, Artika is pretty good, and the new maintenance manager is doing a good job .

Worst experience of living in an apartment I ever experience. Maint was always an issue gettting serviced on time. Staff would stay they would solve issues and never do it.

My unit was definitely not ready for move-in at the asking price. Third management company this year! They're doing their best to fix the nightmare they inherited but just find somewhere else, its not worth it--yet.
