One of the standout aspects of this place is the exceptional maintenance team. The property managers have been outstanding too, bar none! Always approachable & eager to make your living experience exceptional. Not awful, but could certainly be better
This property is extremely old and outdated. The new management company realized that and are now upgrading the complex. There is only one maintenance man, I believe he works multiple properties. As a result, things are not fixed in a timely manner. The young lady in the office is overwhelmed daily with phone calls, so I only communicate with her via email and await a response. This is a pet friendly complex, however the neighbors are unaware of the personal responsibilities of pet ownership. They leave their animals poop EVERYWHERE! While walking your dog you have to watch where you walk and avoid the multiple mounds of poop, Mostly by small dogs b/c they are the hardest to spot. I’m not sure if the other owners understand how sick their dog can become if they come in contact with another sick dog’s feces. Neighbors smoke weed, cigarettes and drink alcohol right at the entrance to the buildings. They leave everything right there. This seems to be a common meeting area for everyone in the neighborhood. The kids play in the middle of the street as cars are driving in and out. Mostly b/c there is no designated area for them to actually play and be children. They certainly don’t want to be in front of the building where the adults are smoking and drinking. It’s hard for me to breath, I can only Imagine how they feel. The kids leave their wrappers from their snacks all over the complex. I am constantly picking up the wrappers to keep my dog from eating something he shouldn’t eat.

I am very happy with the property manager's demeanor and just all around out look and dedication to her job. She is actually phenomenal! She is so vested in her tenants and their safety and happiness and she really gives you a welcoming feeling every single encounter. She is highly respectful and makes you feel confident under her care of your home in this community. The lead maintenance gentleman is extremely respectful, very, very nice and gets the job done! Their workers are all over the place ALL OF THE TIME making things beautiful and like new! They are both constantly seen working and WORKING HARD! ?? ????? ??????????????????????? Together they are really gearing towards making this community "better than ever"! Thank you both for being exactly who you are!!
