Tour
The staff in the club house was very recieving and were able to help me as soon as I entered. I liked the spaceing that is available in the home I was taken to. Since this is close to work and close to my sitter, I am applying. It has everything my family will need at the moment.

Living @ River Mews
I just renewed my lease for the third year. I moved here during COVID and had to do EVERYTHING digitally. I LOVE the maintenance staff! Ed was wonderful! {Thank you for everything!} His help was invaluable, and his assistance was stellar. I I have great neighbors and to date, have not had conflicts of any kind. This is a quiet and safe community. The staff works to make this an inviting place to live.

Application Process
I actually did not end up renting with River Mews but I did want to leave a review anyway. My wife and I are moving to VA, and were trying to pick between Richmond and Newport News, and submitted rental applications with River Mews and another community simultaneously. While we ultimately decided to move to Richmond, the entire application process was night and day compared to our experience with River Mews. We dealt with Jordyn, and she was a delight to work with. She kept us in the loop at every step and was fast to respond with any questions we had. Our application was pushed through far quicker here than the one in Richmond. I felt I needed to write a review given how much more professional she handled our rental application. I would suggest to anyone considering Newport News, the staff here is of a higher caliber which likely means your overall experience here will be too.
