Slightly dated complex, but most apts are updated and comfortable. Minor HVAC system wonkiness, but very responsive maintenance team. Great little spot!

I’ve been here going on 4 years. apartments under people get lots of noise.location is great .But I have to run H vac All the time no matter what the weather because Of a mold problem with my electric tripelung in the last months I don’t like that.Trash area gets real messy sometime Some people throw trash any where even if bin is not full and open. Appliances are good I have enjoyed living here on the most part.

Pet Policy

Swift Creek Commons Apartments is an inviting, pet-friendly property, which includes a fenced dog park. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:  Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 50 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $350 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $25 a month.
