Nice and quiet
It's a nice and quiet place. At least in the part of the complex we live in. The office staff is great and the maintenance guys are awesome. Our place is nice and cozy. No complaints.
Nice Quiet Complex
I have enjoyed living here for 2 years now. All the staff are excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, have a great record for prompt responses. Complex is quiet and my neighbors have been very friendly. It is a great location right off 288, I can get anywhere I need to quickly.

An experience to remember
The staff are always friendly, willing and able to assist others whenever theyre available. The leasing office staff both Barbara and Anna are always approachable and eager to answer any questions or concerns residents may have. Tim and Ken are also wonderful in terms of maintenance - with the maintenance staff steadily growing its always comforting to know that Tim and Ken and the rest of the growing team are efficient and wonderful. Thank you MAA PAVILION.
