Why Renters Love It Here
Jot Nice
I've lived here for 4 years, you have 1 pool for over 400 apartments which means twice as many people. The second pool on the property is just for show. The other amenities are only open during office business hours, so If you work like most people you pay for amenities you won't ever be able to use. They now charge for parking and have resident fighting over parking spaces because they have offered reserved spaces. You have to pay rent for your pet, and then pay money to register them on a pet screening site. I've had a leak in the roof of one of my bedrooms for over a year with the ceiling falling apart. I have staples and nails sticking out from the carpet that I have to teach my toddler to step over to keep her from getting hurt. They spend more money flipping apartments for short term renters than the ones who have been here longer. I've seen them remodel and renovate the apartment beside me 4 times since I've lived here. Went from carpet to hard wood floors, better appliances (oh but if you want to pay extra a month they will rent you better appliances than what they provide in your apartment). And yet I have to pay them to replace the carpet that has been in my apartment for 4 years, have been pulled up by maintenance a dozen times due yo water leaks but I have yo pay to replace it cause they aren't doing carpet in apartments anymore. So really, if you dont have too don't.

Todo excelente asta el monento todo bien
Overall positive
Staff turnover makes things bumpy long term. However they do try to correct issues once brought to their attention which is great.
