David has been absolutely wonderful. He’s always friendly and ready to help. We’ve had a couple of things that have needed repairs and he has come so quickly. We’ve never been left to wait wondering how long we’d be without something. He even came after hours to fix our water heater when it wasn’t working and i had been at the hospital all day and desperately needed a hot shower. Thank you so much! It really gives you peace of mind living here.

I have lived here 6 months and really enjoy the area and closeness to shopping. Lots of traffic and lots of noise from landscaping, maintenance and air traffic. Having this complex in a park like setting would be ideal

This is a great community. Pros: The maintenance is fantastic and the office staff are so nice. The apartments are pretty dated and small... Not so sure how they qualify as luxury, but definitely nice enough and the location is really great. Makes a huge difference to be able to walk to go to the grocery store or out to dinner! Cons: way too many large dogs and owners who don't clean up after the dogs. Very expensive for not a very fancy apartment. Overall, we've had a good experience though and recommend this community to anyone based on the staff and the location alone.
