I had been living in for 19 years for same apartment. I request to change all kitchen appliance which is dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, kitchen cabinet, and wall painting. they should remodel in my apartment. most of appliance use more than 19 years so they should change to new one. I requested many time but they denied. I like to living in the area except all appliance was too old.

My experience here is Average...Rent goes up every time but we see no improvements to the Residency. There is no justification for the rent increases. Parking is the worst..not just for the residence but our guest have to pay to park is crazy
