My experience here is Average...Rent goes up every time but we see no improvements to the Residency. There is no justification for the rent increases. Parking is the worst..not just for the residence but our guest have to pay to park is crazy

Rent payment

Living here has been a good experience mostly. However, the policy that imposes a yearlong penalty for missing a rent payment is excessive. I've lived here for almost six years.

Very comfortable

The aparment is big and desent, also great location, there is a los spots for parking. My only comlplain is the mouse that cames to visit us sometimes, I have no idea why he is coming to my apparment I dont even cook and I’m in the third floor.
