Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per-residence. here is a $500 one-time pet fee for one pet and an additional $300 for a second pet. Exotic animals such as fish, hamsters, birds, turtles, and rabbits are allowed. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons. Fees only apply to cats and dogs. The Vistas of Annandale is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per month per pet. There is also a $300 one-time fee per household. There are no weight limits for dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed.
