Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum 2 pets per apartment home. Combined weight may not exceed 160 lbs. Fish are allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons). Exotic species including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the community manager. We welcome your four-legged family members to our pet friendly apartments in Midvale, Utah! Per pet, we collect a deposit of $250, a one-time nonrefundable fee of $250, and $45 monthly pet rent. We welcome up to two pets per home. Restrictions: Combined pet weight may not exceed 160 lbs. Except for service animals, the following purebreds or mixes with these breeds are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Shar Pei, and/or Siberian Husky. Fish are allowed (50-gallon maximum tank size).
