Taking above and beyond to new levels!
Feeling hopeless about finding an affordable place to live in Utah, I finally find my home here. Carly and Madison in the office really do prove that amazing/honest people still do exist. I have cancer so being in Utah for treatments is my life....literally lol. Id gone to more than a few apts and been turned down. Before applying and wasting money Id always ask the staff...how do you guys approve apps. Credit score only or what. Everyone of them lied to me! Madison was very straight forward and DIDNT lie. Her and Carly both are my God sents today.??
Great place to live
Quiet and well located aprtments to live in. The kitchens and bathrooms are so nice. We also love the community room, pool, and fireplace. I would recommend living here!
Parking is rough
Parking is the worst I have ever experienced. If you’re off after 7pm good luck. The amenities are great when they work but they are up and down constantly and don’t seem to stay consistent yet I am still paying for them every month even when they are down for weeks or months at a time
