Ive been living here for 4 years now and understand that the staff changes very frequently. i believe this is the cause for most of the disorganization. Some times its paying rent on time and still getting eviction notices or rent violations. also maintenance showing up in your apartment a week after the intended notice. A work order having to be put in multiple times to have simple problems solved. Conclusion disorganized information and very long delays over simple issues.

Falsified by rent quote information and contract, changed it and lied to me that other apartments are the same rent. I verified with the tenants that have the same apartment and they pay the original price I was quoted when I agreed. The staff is rude and not friendly. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone and will move as soon as I am able.

I’ve had a good experience so far. The parking is hard because i live at 324 and there’s never any parking by my apartment which means i park a block away at nights which i don’t feel safe in doing. Maintenance is okay i have filed some work to be done and never followed up or checked in on it. i am glad the laundry rooms are done now
