I’ve been renting at Park place Apartments for nearly three years. The first two lease terms were great, so it’s tough to leave a negative review. However, recent changes to how utilities—especially water and sewage—are billed have been frustrating. Initially, these were included in rent. Then, a $50 cap was introduced, which I reluctantly accepted. But a few months later, that cap was removed with little notice. Now I’m paying an extra $74+ per month, and the amount keeps increasing. What’s worse is the lack of transparency. The charges are split among tenants with no clear breakdown, and despite asking multiple times, I haven’t received a straight answer. I’m genuinely concerned the bill could spike above $100 at any point. So while the apartments themselves are fine, the unpredictable utility charges are a major downside. I’m 50/50 on recommending this place. If you do consider renting here, make sure your lease includes fixed-rate utilities(or fixed utility/water)—or look elsewhere for more transparent billing practices.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment located in a prime area of Wichita Falls. The location was convenient, making it easy to access amenities and services. The apartment itself was comfortable, and I enjoyed my time there
