Harbour Point review

I have had a amazing experience living here. Although I’ve had a few difficulties, the maintenance stuff has been nothing but helpful. For living in Webster, Texas the apartment complex it is extremely affordable.

Work in progress

After so many management companies I see some progress but they have some serious drainage issues and the office staff can be a bit much with the attitude. They have improved their attitudes recently but between the constant flooding and the lack of security in the parking lot, I would say the property has room to improve.

I like it here. Somethings could be better

Maintained cam do better with the work orders because they replaced my toilet and they still haven't finished painting around the toilet. Plus I don't like how work orders get completed in the system when the job wasn't complete
