Lived here a long time..Staff/Maintenance are top notch..Landscaping has gone down hill..Pool is excellent

For nine years now, Summer Cove has remained consistently clean and well maintained, including the surrounding grounds. The administrative staff are professional, and the maintenance team is efficient and responsive. It’s a quiet, friendly community. They strike a smart balance between pleasant landscaping, reliable appliances, and sustainable infrastructure upkeep—avoiding unnecessary, costly perks that would drive up rent. What they do provide is practical, well maintained, and focused on safety and comfort. Residents are encouraged to practice normal courtesy and take care of their homes and shared spaces, much like any well-kept neighborhood.
