Tuscany Ranch Evaluation

It is a good poace to live snd you can drive everywhere in Waco in 15 mins or less. The location issue for me is that it is not very safe to walk or run any decent distance from the complex because of the lack of sidewalks and crosswalks. Everything else is great! The amenties at the office are solid snd though the gym is small it works in a pinch.

Great Place to live

We have lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed these apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is very close by. It is a gated community, so it does not have a lot of traffic driving through it, and parking is great. The grounds are very nice and they have all sorts of community events.

Peaceful living

I relocated a year ago in July from Houston. Tuscany Ranch has checked all the boxes for me. I have zero complaints and working on my second year. The staff listens and makes all effort to correct or help residents in all ways.
