Very nice

Nice place to stay. Pets should be in a section of their own. Parking not good unless tou may for a spot. Appliances need to be updated or serviced.

Safe, clean, +amenities, great location

Love the pool & gym. The out door movie theatre is awesome as well. Very safe. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Perfect location. Quiet. Kid/pet friendly.

Cozy Apartment Homes

Beautiful gated community with well groomed grounds. All common areas and facilities are well kept. The appearance of all apartment homes are clean and well kept. A true sense of community with extra curricular activities such as bingo and movie night. The Legend apartments Waco are truly a class act.
