Been here 2 months. Easy to get around doing errands, plenty of parking, including visitor.

Need to be Updated!

Its been mixed feelings. If the owners would invest in the apartments they could be some excellent luxury apartments. They need to be updated inside, and pressured washed outside. Some apartments appliances are from the 70s. The apartments need to be painted not touched up and new carpet Throughout not patched. Popcorn ceilings need to be removed and it would be very helpful on ceiling fans was put in apartments. The website says that there are ceiling fans in apartments, but they’re not in every room.

good place to live

I have lived in the Palisades Apts for over 2 yrs. and I am content living here. I am happy with my neighbors. I thank God for my wonderful neighbors. As for the staff I have had great and bad experiences but the good outweighs the bad. As for the Maintenace good people but there are things which could be improved. In general, the location is awesome!

Enforce the rules! Please

When I first moved here it was quite now after the office closes music is loud. Traffic all times of night 4-5 men gather outside on patio talking loud playing music you can here across the street. People are arguing and cursing. Traffic in and out of certain buildings/apartments. People working on cars on weekend. Dog poop everywhere in front of building. They are not picking up after their dogs. PERIOD No parking spots cars don’t have parking stickers and work trucks are being parked in regular parking and visitors parking! Visitors are parking in residents parking spots…..Parking is NOT being enforced!
