Grande Hill Estates is a really great place, especially for a person's first apartment! I moved in after living in campus housing, and the staff made it a very easy transition. The kitchen space is a little awkward, but very usable. The staff is amazing, specifically the groundskeepers and maintenance staff. My roommate and I put in a maintenance request, and the following day the maintenance man came (I wish I remembered his name; he was amazing), and he fixed our issue and explained to us why it happened, and answered all our questions so kindly!
