really enjoyed living here. The apartment has a is very home feeling and a very comfortable feell. The management team has been consistently professional and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests have also been handled quickly, which I appreciate.

Deerwood has so many great thing to say about it. I have the large one-bedroom floorplan and you won't find another one like it's layout in Tyler. The kitchen flows nicely if you like to cook. It's shape allows you to spread things out as you cook and have a nice work space. The living area is roomy, so is the bedroom. The apartments are all updated to style and painted very nice. Appliances are alway very good. Bathrooms give you a luxury feeling with shower updates they've included. It's an eye-catcher for sure. I lived in the smaller one bedroom as well which I like very much. The kitchen was very nice but didn't cook as much in younger days. Nothing gets overlooked here, they are always keeping the property tidy and modern. They work hard for customer satisfaction, which can't be said for all. They entered the Best in Business 2024 for Tyler competition and a couple of years ago. That alone should tell you something. Staff is wonderful. They do a great job handling the large volume increase of packages overflow in our mailboxes due to online ordering and Amazon. They keep the overflow in the office, safe, nice and neat. Maintenance is hard while doing a fantastic job for us residents. Work orders are done same day. These are career-minded Deerwood maintenance staff. They don't just come and go. Lot's of nice things to say about Deerwood. A great place to call your place!
